1. Business Relationship

Superhuman Performance Medicine, operated by Superhuman Entrepreneur, provides a combination of wellness services and access to licensed healthcare professionals.

Our platform offers services including health coaching, nutrition guidance, and performance optimization support, which are non-medical services. In addition, clients may have the option to consult with licensed physicians or other qualified healthcare providers, where appropriate.

Medical services, including the evaluation of lab results and any prescription decisions, are provided solely by licensed healthcare providers and are subject to their independent clinical judgment. Not all clients will qualify for medical services or prescriptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. Availability of certain services may vary based on your state of residence and applicable regulations.

3. Payment and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. We utilize secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process transactions.

Certain services may be offered as recurring subscriptions billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Other programs may be structured as payment plans with scheduled or variable installment charges, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

By enrolling in a subscription or payment plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency or schedule presented to you at checkout, unless and until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancelation requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the next billing date.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected services.

Non-medical services provided by Superhuman Performance Medicine—including coaching, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance—are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you engage with a licensed healthcare provider through our platform, any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided solely by that provider.
